Reservations will only be validated if made by the credit card holder, who must be the guest. This hotel does not accept reservations made by someone else on the guest's behalf. The hotel may contact guests to request additional information, and the same credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be authenticated and signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of their identity documents.

Please note that the property has a pool for guest use only between the hours of 9 AM to 8 PM Tuesday to Sunday, meaning Monday will be closed for maintenance. It is forbidden to take food and drinks to the pool.
