Apartment with an excellent location, on the first block, in a well-structured building, with a parking space, 24-hour doorman and security. On the 11th floor, a common penthouse with a beautiful view of Arpoador and Morro Dois Irmãos, where you can watch beautiful sunsets of the wonderful city. It has two bedrooms with double beds, and a small maid's room with a single bed, drawers and closet. It has a sofa bed and the armchair turns into a single bed. There is a service area with a washing machine, clothesline, sink and clothesline. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is on the sixth floor (with net protection on the windows) with an unobstructed view; the main bedroom has views of the sea. It has two bathrooms, one complete and the other with a toilet and shower, both electric with hot water. It is prepared for a home office, with two desks and fiber optic internet. It is located on the corner of Bulhões de Carvalho 16 (garage entrance) where there is a bike station, Zona Sul supermarket and metro station. And Francisco Otaviano 60 (main entrance) in front of the Arpoador galleries with several shops, restaurants and bars. Next to the Garota de Ipanema garden, cross the street and walk 150m to the right and you will find Arpoador beach, or to the left at post 6 Copacabana beach. Very safe area, well policed ​​and with Gabriel system film cameras (connected to the police station).
