Clean air like in a spa, clear drinking water from the mountains, surrounded by intact nature and forest. The villa is located in a village at the end of a traffic-calmed road just before the edge of the forest. The surrounding area consists of a mountain and forest landscape with a beautiful mixed natural forest. The house is modernly furnished, all rooms are bright and flooded with light. 2 balconies and 1 terrace with panoramic views of the forest and natural landscape, the house is pleasantly cool in summer and cozy warm in winter. There is a sunny terrace with barbecue facilities. The property is guarded by a security service. The villa is located in a village, cackling chickens, crowing roosters and barking dogs are part of the natural sounds in this rural environment at any time of the day or night.

Hiking and relaxing right on the doorstep in the immediate vicinity of the Rila Mountains, Rila Monastery (49 km), 7-Rila Lakes (44 km), Sapareva Banya thermal baths and SPA (27 km), Panichishte Ski Resort (37 km), Rila Park with recreational facilities and summer swimming pool in Dupnitza (13 km), Supermarket and bakery in the neighbouring village of Dzherman (4 km), Kaufland in Dupnitza (8 km), Blagoevgrad culture and shopping centre (28 km), Sofia (70 km), the central A3 motorway can be reached in a few minutes, quiet location but very good transport links.
