Prices – negotiable! Don’t hesitate to ask. On the main boulevard - near to Police, American University, City Garden and Municipality. It has an entrance hall, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a huge terrace. Equipped with air conditioning, computer 8gb ssd, water heater, 3 TVs LED - 50 inches and 24 inches, refrigerator, stove, hood, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, vacuum cleaner, android tv box, tablet in the hallway with multimedia (music, forecast, weather, news and etc.) You can take the keys from the key safe on the main entrance. Dear guests, for your safety and security, the property is equipped with an external video surveillance camera. It is located at the entrance and monitors the external areas only. Parking: If you come by car, the address is Str Mara Buneva 11 (the back entrance): There is a paid municipal parking - blue zone working from 8am to 6pm / sat 9am-3pm, 3 options to pay: 1.
