Lugano Couples Apt is situated in a very quiet yet connected neighborhood of Sofia Arena Sofia is 20 minutes away on foot while the bus station "Pliska Hotel" is 5 min away. From it, you can take a 10-min ride to the city center and buses arrive every 3-4 minutes. You can also take a short 15 min walk to Borisov's Gardens (the biggest park in Sofia) There are free parking spaces around the apartment, perfect for guests with a car. Digital Nomads friendly! The apartment is 80 sq.m and is spacious and has 2 separate toilets! => It is comfortable as a working HUB due fast Wi-Fi connection and dedicated working space => The place is suitable for up to 2 people due to its size and amenities. => There is a TV with more than 100 channels in the living room including more than 10 international ones alongside the comfortable sofas and chairs. => In the Kitchen area, you can find everything that you need for cooking, including a stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and large fridge. Inside the cupboard, you will find plenty of products for cooking including salt, pepper, oil, different spices, etc. => There is a dishwasher too! => Washing machine is also available and has a drying feature => In the bedroom, you can relax on the comfortable mattress of our Queen Size bed and store your clothing in the huge wardrobe.
