Only 350 metres away you will find the nearby market square and the famous Menin Gate. Find out about the history of this unusual city at the In Flanders' Fields Museum. This museum is based in the 13th century Cloth Hall that has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Stroll or cycle through the extraordinary streets of a city that was greatly destroyed during the First World War and was reconstructed again in its original style.

«We arrived on motorbikes and were able to park outside the front door. The town centre was a 3 minute walk. The morning breakfast was excellent! The foyer has a drink machine filled with a range of beverages.»
