Located in the quiet Heist district (part of Knokke-Heist), it sits just 300 meters from the beach. We manage a few rooms and one independent apartment, deliberately avoiding a hotel atmosphere to offer each guest peace, silence, and space. Guests can choose to clean the property themselves before departure or pay a cleaning fee.

Please note that no visitors are allowed, only paid guests.

Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur charges that will be shared and agreed upon at check-in. Damages will be charged to the (debit/credit) card provided at (time of booking/check-in/check-out).

Please note that there is an additional charge of 30 euros per hour for waiting check-in without prior notice, 50 euros extra for check-in or check-out outside the scheduled hours, and 60 euros per hour for late check-out.

Bringing your own cooking facilities is not allowed for fire safety reasons. The appartement provides wooden floors.

Please note smoking is not allowed, Smoking in the property will terminate the agreement for the rest of your stay. You will have to leave the property.
