The building is built from natural materials, which makes it unique. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom, while on the first floor there are three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a terrace with a view of the Sana River and the countryside. Next to the building there is a covered area where guests can serve themselves free of charge with a grill, kettle and sauce.
The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature, further enhanced by the forest and the Sana River. The surroundings are wonderful for cycling, hiking, hunting, fishing, kayaking. There is also a Catholic church in Šurkovac nearby.
