Property information

Khatai region, where the beautiful and clean area called the White City is located closest to the city center, is a perfect holiday area for foreigners coming to our city. In the Khatai district, right next to the Khatai metro, the building where the facility is located is protected by 24-hour security. In the courtyard of the building, there are supermarkets, restaurants, fitness clubs, children's kindergarten, chess club, coffee shop, pharmacy, hospital and everything you may need for daily use.

Neighbourhood information

The area where the facility is located is a 4-minute walk from the tourist attraction White City. You can walk from the facility to the Caspian Sea in 7 minutes. Everything has been set up for people to relax on the coast of the Caspian Sea. Since it is a very quiet and clean district, you can easily stay and have a holiday in this district.
