The location was great & the property was modern & beautifully presented. There was even a cubby house at the back of the property for my grandson to play in.

Disclaimer: There is a full-time tenant that lives in the shed/annexe located at the rear of the property. This area is not for Guest use. The tenant does not have access to the main house or its surrounding amenities. Please note the driveway is shared between the main house and the shed/annexe. Wattleridge is a beautifully designed 4-bedroom 2-bathroom home, boasting incredible treetop vistas and a sublime and peaceful ambience. The central open plan living, dining and kitchen area is bursting with natural light due to the expansive north facing windows, and opens out to the stylish and spacious outdoor entertaining zone. The generous kitchen offers magnificent views and boasts gorgeous stone breakfast benchtop with ample space for cooking and serving delicious meals. A butler’s pantry and scullery offer additional bench space, microwave, and an additional sink. The kitchen also provides an array of top end appliances including a coffee machine, dishwasher, double fridge, electric oven and steam oven, and stovetop. The living area is bathed in warming light from the large windows, and is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the South West with a book from the shelf; or cosy up next to the wood fire and take in the views in the winter months. Dining area offers an 8-seater table. A theatre room is situated in the guest wing of the home, with a comfortable seating area and smart TV. The master suite is located in its own wing of the home, offering ultimate privacy and relaxation; and overlooks the beautiful scenery This inviting area includes a king bed, ceiling fan and large walk-in robe. Also features a contemporary ensuite with a free-standing bathtub and walk-in shower. Two Guest bedrooms offer a queen bed, built in robe and direct access to the front deck and grassed area. Twin single bedroom offers two single beds and a built-in robe. Main bathroom offers a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower and separate w/c down the hallway.

A scenic 11-minute (approx.) drive will have you at some of Yallingup’s most famous surf and swim beaches such as Yallingup Lagoon and Smiths Beach; renowned for its surf breaks and turquoise blue waters.
