Twin Room with garden view in De Murray B&B features accommodation with a garden and a terrace., free private parking outside of the garage and plenty off street parking on Cooma St and Bulbar St. The whole house have Centre heating and cooling system plus an aircon in the living room. Twin bedroom offers two single bed, garden view and come with a wardrobe and free WiFi. shared bathroom & toilet, shared kitchen and living room. We provide each guest with bed linen and towel, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, shower soap free of charge. we are dog friendly house. We love dog/s and we understand it is very important that our guest can travel with their dog too. our dog policy are: 1. Due to allergy issue, we do not allow dog to come into guest bedroom because some guest are fussy about this and they do not want to see dog jump in bed or stay on the bed. 2. If there is no other guest staying, means if you are the only guest, then we may allow you to have your dog to play and sit with you in our living room when there is no other guest sharing the house. We can provide a blanket for your dog to sit or lay on. We will disinfect the living room after you stay, to ensure there is no dog fur left and the living room had done disinfection. 3. We have a dog kennels/cages outside, where guest can let their dog stay if that is suitable. Or we can look after guest’s dog overnight in our staff room. 4. When guest leave the property during the day, the guest need to take their dog with them. Guest Dog is not allowed to be left alone in the house. 5. dog has a check-in fee, all dogs need to be fully vaccinated, flee & tit free. 9. I have a dog, and sometimes I will bring him with me when I am staying here.
