Wake up to the sounds of our local kookaburras, and if you are quiet, you may even see the local kangaroos hopping up the road.
The cottage is perfectly located as a central point with similar driving time to Bendigo, Melbourne, and Warrnambool. Torquay and the surf coast is only an hour away, so Mellee Cottage really is a great central base for a holiday with lots of things to do on the doorstep.

I'm a photographer and love getting out into nature when I can. I grew up on a farm in the south west of Victoria, but moved to Melbourne for a few years, until recently when I returned to the country. There is no place like the country!
I love providing a fully equiped kitchen for your stay. I want you to be able to cook that slow roasted dinner, if that is what you want and enjoy a glass of champagne using nice champagne glasses, or decant a bottle of red wine.
Happy for guests to email us if there are any issues during their stay.
