This unique AirBnB apartment started its life as a Hay Shed, probably a century ago, More recently it was relocated to the top of the hill and converted into a drying shed for the organic Garlic that was being grown on the property. It's now been properly converted into a delightful one-bedroom apartment, with stunning panoramic views of the Manning Valley and river.
Located on Mitchells Island we're surrounded by the mighty Manning River and the Pacific Ocean, and some beautiful beaches.
The Hayshed/Apartment located on top of a hill is surrounded by Farmland, indeed it used to be a Dairy many years ago. Being only about 5kms from the Pacific Ocean at Smiths Beach, where horse riding is permitted, it benefits from cooler Ocean breezes on hot days.
Access to the property is via a couple of kms of good gravel roads from the sealed main road and no shortage of parking on the property.
