If your like me and love my accommodation to be more than just a place to sleep you will love my funky Retro Vintage vibe !. With quirky bits everywhere you will be tripping down memory lane . We will be adding to it continually and hoping to find that perfect record player soon . Quiet Cul-de-sac just out of town with only a five minute drive to main street, beach or 20 minute walk . Walking distance to Bombo beach. THE SPACE Completely private, spacious front half of our house . Freshly painted one bedroom (very comfy QB ) with ensuite. Kitchenet in sunken lounge area . Coffee pod machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and bar fridge . Air conditioning in lounge room and (quiet ! ) ceiling fan in bedroom. Large sunny windows in both rooms. Front drive way is yours to park on . Apart from microwave there is NO cooking facilities. No SINK , just basin in bathroom ( because of this I don't expect you to wash up ). Tub is provided for dirty dishes and also sturdy disposable plates. GUEST ACCESS There is a key-safe for self check-in or meet and greet if you prefer :). Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as a replacement will incur a fee. No access to private back yard. NOTE short driveway is semi steep .

Lovely quiet Cul-de-sac close to Spring creek wetlands. An enjoyable walk through bushland to Bombo beach is possible but I would drive ! Kiama is very hilly you will need a car to get around !
