    Location excellent to where we need to get to. Pity we didn't have time to enjoy the walks on the beach, however the views were exceptional.

If position and style are important to you, you cant go past this four bedroom air conditioned duplex with linen and bed making, Wi-Fi, direct access to the waterfront and spectacular views from sunrise to sunset Strictly NO Pets at this property. Sunrise Waters has a permanent residential tenant in the apartment downstairs, each has their separate entrance, the upstairs BBQ outdoor area is for holiday guest use only. Please note that there is an external security camera facing the driveway and street.

Neighbourhood information

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
