That’s certainly the case regarding a visit to our abode.
Overlooking the Derwent River with a backdrop of green hills stretching out into the distance. Let the fresh, clean Tasmanian air wash away all your city stress as you relax and sip on a local wine while taking in the vista from “Serenity”
All this and just a 10 minute drive to MONA or 10 minutes more to the centre of Hobart.
Please note: The wood fire in the house is non operational.

Take a 5 Minute stroll to Stefano Lubiano vineyard cellar door and restaurant. Mona is a 10 minute drive South or travel North 10 minutes to the township of New Norfolk the unofficial antiques capital of Tasmania with its array of antique shops offering vintage fashion, furniture and all things collectable. Also home to the famous, award winning Agrarian Kitchen Restaurant. Head 5 minutes down to the York Hotel in Granton for a good pub meal and a beer. Or venture North 13 minutes over the bridge to Bonorong Wildlife sanctuary to hand feed the Kangaroos and get up close and personal with all kinds of Australian wildlife.
There is a bus service with stops on the main road going either way. Also Uber and Taxis service the area.
