This townhouse is cleverly designed with bedrooms, bathroom and laundry downstairs, and living, dining, kitchen and two separate decks upstairs. One deck is for barbequing, the other for drinks or a meal with views to Point Perpendicular and Jervis Bay! Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Summer Season 25/26 (19 December to 22 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. Where will I be? Seascape Cottage sits on the beach side of Cyrus Street, right behind the Hyams Beach Cafe. Either the main beach at Hyams, or the little middle beach in the village are an easy walk from here. This location offers you the convenience of the beach and cafe, whilst also giving you privacy and seclusion away from the road. Why choose Seascape Cottage? This townhouse is decorated in a lovely Hamptons theme, with fantastic views all the way to Point Perpendicular. The two deck spaces offer shelter from the wind or sun as necessary. A slow combustion wood fire makes this a perfect winter retreat.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
