Historic Randells Mill c1848 A romantic stone Loft 1 apartment, all self contained, like a tiny house within the Mill. The lovely old Mill has had a busy industrial past but is now a peaceful escape, just perfect for that special getaway. Your apartment includes a King size bed, your own kitchen, full bathroom with a spa for two and cosy fire. Between April - September, a fire starter pack with ample firewood for 1 evening for you to enjoy the combustion fire. If you require more would we can supply at a fee. There is also a covered courtyard area with a BBQ for outdoor relaxation. Only a stroll to cellar door, pub and cafe. Come and escape the crowds. Loft 1 now includes a dishwasher. washing machine & dryer for your convenience. Loft 2 here at Randell's Mill is our newly renovated rustic apartment. It’s not your average bnb, but something altogether unique. It’s got a soaring ceiling and rustic roof trusses, old stone walls and gorgeous modern comforts. Old barn doors reveal a gorgeous bathroom with a restored clawfoot bath ready to sink into. Underfloor heating will keep you toasty warm in winter, as you sit back and relax, marvelling in this very special space. It’s also a great base for exploring the local area. Full bathroom and kitchenette with tea, coffee, basic provisions and condiments, farmhouse sink and dishwasher are here for your comfort and enjoyment.

On warm summer evenings, sip a glass of local wine under twinkling lights in the beautiful, rustic courtyards. They are so private and peaceful, you may never want to leave town has cafes, a pub, park, distillery and cellar door a short stroll away. We love this part of the Adelaide Hills for its grapevine covered vistas, rolling green hills dotted with sheep in the winter and the burnt umber and big blue skies of summer. We are sure you'll love it here as well. We live on the property at Randell's Mill - you will love the view over Kenton Hill and our flowing winter creek, with lush gardens to explore.

Gumeracha is a small country town in the Northern Adelaide Hills. We are very near local Wineries including Applewood and Mount Bera, The Good Pantry Cafe and also some great Country Pubs for hearty evening meals. Peregrine Store and the Giant Rocking horse are in our town too. The Santos Tour Down Under and The Bay to Birdwood car rally also wind through our sweet little town.
