David and Sandy have lived in the area for 20 years owning a restaurant and now an accommodation business. We enjoy making the most of what Margaret River has to offer on our days off. This includes wineries, restaurants, beaches, fishing, golf and walking the cape to cape.

Prideau’s sets a new standard of accommodation with each apartment beautifully appointed in stylish and contemporary décor. The fully air-conditioned and spacious rooms allow for comfortable living and with most apartments boasting a two person spa, it’s the ideal place to unwind after a day exploring Margaret River and the South West Region.

Neighbourhood information

Margaret River has everything to offer fishing, golfing, surfing, mountain biking, hiking just to name a few. For shopping lovers, a short walk from the apartment will set you amongst an array of boutiques and gift stores and the variety of chic cafes and restaurants will have your mouth watering. A scenic drive will excite adventure seekers as they enter the area’s natural treasures of gorgeous beaches and spectacular caves. However, a trip to the South West is not complete without spoiling yourself at the Margaret River Chocolate Factory and browsing the regions most famous wineries.
