    Paul had the heater on, so that when we arrived we were warm and cosy. Our dog was made very welcome. The whole house was very clean and tidy and very well equipped. We really enjoyed staying here and if we are travelling this way again next year...

All the house rules and pet policy will be sent straight via auto message. NEW: EV metered trickle charging now installed. PETS FEES APPLY Pets welcome Human friendly. Pet Fees apply. (With doggies limited barking to be controlled all the time due to residential housing) This two-bedroom house that has been completely renovated inside. Easy walking or quick drive to all the local shops are about 700mtrs away and parks. Great food choices to choose from to eat in town with pubs and take away shops. Best part is being three streets away from the main street as its very quiet especially at night to sleep with no truck noise to bother you from the main highway. (Jerilderie street). NOTE: LOCATION - DUE TO LOW RATINGS BEING GIVEN ON MY LOCATION, please read below. This is a house in the back streets of the town away from the main road and truck noise at night for sleeping. If you wish to be closer to the main road and center of the town, please CANCEL your booking and book the motel on the main road. Smoking is OK as long as its outside and not in the house at all. Shower chair and baby bath and port a cot on request. Thanks Paul
CORRECTLY BOOK THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE STAYING AS YOU PAY PER PERSON LIKE A MOTEL The house is at the front of the house block of the street and I live at the back of the house block in the barn with the house yard between us. So you will have the house solely for your use and it’s not attached to my living area. You pay per person to stay so make sure you have correctly booked the number of people staying including children. The back yard is fully fenced for your sole use and it’s a great size for your pets to run around and play. If you need anything at all I’m here on site to assist with any information or help required but will leave you alone to enjoy and relax.
CORRECTLY BOOK THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE STAYING AS YOU PAY PER PERSON LIKE A MOTEL This street is quiet at night to sleep with no traffic/truck noise at all as Im 3 streets away from the main road. Opp the house is paddocks only. NO PARKING ON ANY GRASSED AREA DRIVEWAY AND STREET ONLY.
