Oystercatcher is a modern 3 bedroom Villa located inside Raffertys Resort in beautiful Lake Macquarie, this villa offers resort living with ultimate comforts including a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, free Wifi, Foxtel and air conditioning. Swim in one of the three pools, have a game of tennis, hire a boat, dine in at the on-site restaurant or enjoy the beautifully maintained grounds and watch the sun go down over the lake. This villa can sleep up to 8 people and is perfect for 2 couples with 4 children, 1 couple with 5 or 6 children or even 6 single people as there are many sleeping configurations. The property is fully air conditioned and the lounge/dining room has timber floors, classic contemporary sofas and matching armchairs. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, upstairs, there is a third enclosed bedroom with 4 single beds and a TV. This is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends. There are two bathrooms, the main bathroom with a bath and a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. We ask that only the resort BBQs are to be used at the property. No portable BBQ, Hibatchis or Hookas permitted.

Cams Wharf is a quiet suburb by the Lake, at the resort there is so many fun activities with pools, tennis courts, grassed areas, a jetty, areas to fish and put your boat in the water. The resort offers access to four swimming pools, including a heated pool, as well as tennis courts, a kids' playground, direct lake access through the onsite boat ramp, and boat hire facilities. Guests can also take leisurely strolls along the waterfront and revel in the captivating sunsets. Moreover, the villa's convenient location enables easy access to nearby beaches and bushland walking tracks, making it an ideal choice for those seeking outdoor adventures. Rafferty's Lake Bar and Bistro will now be available for ‘’private functions’’ for larger group bookings up until the start of the Summer School Holidays. The venue will be re-established from Wednesday 20th December 2023 to Sunday 29th January 2024 with an alternate offering, to accommodate all guests and patrons of the Resort during the school holidays.
