Ocean Blue is a fabulous dual living beach house split over 2 levels, which overlooks the main surfing beach at Currumbin. The house has been extensively renovated, with expansive full length verandas on each level overlooking the surf. Your small, well behaved dog is also permitted to join you while you relax on holidays! The lower level offers 2 airconditioned bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 XL single beds, built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is also a new kitchenette with cooktop, refrigerator, microwave and spacious bathroom with shower. A full length balcony guarantees beach views from the lounge, dining, front bedroom and kitchen. If you ever tire of the views, you can retreat the lounge room with large flat screen smart TV, Netflix, Foxtel and free WiFi. The upper level is airconditioned and offers the luxurious master suite with king size bed and ensuite with a large stand alone bath featuring ocean views. There is also a second lounge room complete with comfortable furnishings, smart TV, Netflix, Foxtel and free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with stone benchtops, top of the range Miele appliances including dishwasher, microwave and plenty of bench and storage space. There is also an expansive covered alfresco deck with dining table, perfect to enjoy meals and escape strong ocean breezes. There is also an undercroft area with ping-pong table and laundry facilities including with washing machine and dryer. Ocean Blue offers secure off-street parking for 2 cars * One small dog permitted upon approval. Please note there is construction taking place behind Ocean Blue which may result in noise, dust and other disruption at times. All linen including beach towels is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta.

Lined with Norfolk Pines, turquoise waters and white sand, the Southern Gold Coast is home to some of the Gold Coast’s best beaches. Enjoy a day at one of our glorious patrolled beaches- Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Tugun or Bilinga! Or head to Kirra Point, Snapper Rocks or Greenmount for world-class surfing. There’s plenty of whale watching opportunities from the heights of Kirra Point lookout or Point Danger, or pack a picnic and enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. From here you can look back to see the entire coastline up to Surfer’s Paradise and know that you have really slowed down. That doesn’t mean it’s boring! The southern Gold Coast has an array of shopping, cafes, restaurants, entertainment options and plenty of activities and attractions to keep the kids busy. Getting around is easy with a hire car, regular buses, or catch an uber or taxi. Theme parks are within 40 minutes’ drive and the glitz and glamour of Surfer’s Paradise is only half an hour from Coolangatta. All beaches are within easy access of the Gold Coast International Airport and Coolangatta shares the border with NSW, your gateway to Byron Bay, Cabarita and Kingscliff beaches or Mt Warning – great for day tripping!
