Upon check-in, a $100 credit card authorization or $200 cash security bond is needed for potential incidental expenses. At check-out, if no charges are outstanding, the credit card authorization will be reversed (which may take up to 14 days for the bank to process), or the $200 cash security deposit will be fully refunded.
Valid photo identification (in the same name as the credit card used for booking) must also be presented at check-in, of which a copy will be retained.
