Lazy Days is a delightful cottage with a beautiful garden to nourish your senses, a private backyard with an outdoor shower and the bonus of sunshine streaming through the living areas. Located within a short walk to the beach and cafe, and an easy walking distance to the heart of Umina Beach. Enjoy a morning coffee to birdsong on the front porch, breathe jasmine and lavender, sunset drinks on the deck or daydream in the rocker. This property is perfect for the single traveller, couples or a small family looking for a beach holiday escape. Bus transport and cafe are within a few metres, a 5 minute stroll takes you to the stunning beach with surf club, and it is just a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite with shower, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.
