Gem near the Dam (second tiny house) is approx 700 meters away from working shed and approx 200 meters away with forest in between from first tiny house which is Gem on the Hill. The working shed and main house are 2 paddocks away and can’t been seen from the tiny houses. Pets are not allowed. Telstra and Optus have good signals, Vodafone has a weak signal, and the rest has no signal. This tiny house is equipped with a cassette toilet. To maintain its cleanliness and functionality, an additional cleaning fee will be charged separately for stays of 5 nights or more, on top of the total booking amount. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay. Lastly, we would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
