A modern and well appointed 1 bedroom granny flat located moments from the shores of Warnbro Beach. Fully self contained with kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities, master room with queen bed, lounge and living area, private secure parking and complimentary WIFI. Plus the added bonus of a herb garden and access to fresh produce. This well designed unit has those thoughtful touches to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Guests also have access to bikes and stand up paddle boards, private BBQ and an outside fire pit to enjoy a glass of red over during those cooler months.
