It is very peaceful place just outside Foster Victoria with the sounds of nature all around. The west face verandah means sunsets over the surrounding hills every night. Perched on the side of the hill you feel like you are in a boat surrounded by nature. Looking out at the wildlife as the animals do what they do.
I love this house and its position in the lee of the hill. It was built 100 years ago by a welsh family who smartly placed it in the lee of the hill just out of the winds. The wargents were the family. They removed the trees and proceeded to farm it with mostly cows. We have decided to end that era and remove the cows altogether. Instead we will be rehabitating the 100 acre for wildlfe and sharing this journey with accommodation being offered to fund this project .Picturesque countryside. So peaceful and joyous. Sleeping inn, no noisey distractions. We want to create awesome walking tracks and signs
