Property information

2 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom. First bedroom with Queen bed and second bedroom with 2 large single beds. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Televisions in first bedroom and main living room. Onsite laundry. No onsite parking, free street parking is available. Walking distance to The Strand, Queens Gardens, the City, The Ville Casino, the Ferry Terminal to Magnetic Island and the Stadium. Close to the airport. Not suitable for infants or children. The retired owners live in a unit at the rear of the property. This is a non-smoking property, quiet hours are 10pm and 7am. No visitors are allowed on-site as our host insurance covers us for registered guests only.

Neighbourhood information

Located in North Ward close to Queens Gardens and only 3 streets from The Strand beach. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. The area has a real holiday feel. We are centrally located within easy walking distance to gardens, beach, shops, restaurants. Buses are close by to take you out to the major shopping centres. There is free on street parking available.
