The primary queen suite features direct balcony access and an ensuite. A second queen bedroom, accessed externally from the balcony, offers added privacy and garden views. The main bathroom includes a large vanity, a full bathtub, a shower, and a separate toilet. A private laundry with a washer and dryer, plus a nearby powder room, adds convenience for longer stays. A dedicated home office features a desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, and sofa, creating a comfortable setup for remote days. Secure parking includes a double garage and two driveway spaces. Comfort is assured year-round with split-system air conditioning in both living areas, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and central heating throughout—except for the external bedroom, which has a portable fan and heater.
