How is the property laid out? Coastline is a double storey house. There are three queen bedrooms, all with blockout blinds. The main bedroom is downstairs and has a walk in wardrobe and ensuite with hobless shower, vanity and toilet. Also downstairs is a tiled living area with TV, three seater lounge, a laundry with washer and dryer and separate toilet and a double garage with internal access. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, as is themain bathroom with toilet, vanity, hobless shower and deep set bath. There is also an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with wooden floor boards throughout, access to a balcony, and a dining table seating six. The kitchen is a family kitchen with gas hotplate, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, sandwich press.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
