A lovely year-round retreat awaits you at this character cottage in the heart of Parkside. Brimming with charm, it benefits from a peaceful, leafy address while still enjoying proximity to the bustle of the CBD. On the front porch, bench seating encourages mornings out in the fresh air, perhaps over your first coffee or a good book.
Stepping inside, the living room keeps things cosy with a gas log fireplace along with a smart TV for movie nights at home. Adjoining the living room, the sunroom has been set up as a dedicated office with a desk and monitor, perfect for those working from home. Moving on to the kitchen, it comes well-equipped to prepare meals. There are modern appliances and cooking utensils, including a coffee pod machine. Sit down at the dining table or head out into the garden. Sliding doors create a seamless transition between the indoors and out, while air-conditioning keeps things cool during summer.
Get a good night’s sleep in the comfortable queen-sized bed. It comes set with side tables and reading lights, and you’ll find plenty of storage space for your belongings. The classic-style bathroom highlights both a bathtub and shower, with complimentary toiletries to get you started. Laundry facilities add to your everyday convenience. Those travelling with kids can make use of family-friendly amenities, such as a travel cot and high chair.
