All our cottages are self- contained they are set within half an acre of tranquil landscaped gardens - each with its own private verandah offering you views over the river - the perfect place to relax and re-charge. In our one bedroom spa cottages you can choose from Ella's Cottage our beautiful cottage with its romantic antique wooden four-poster queen size bed, Or would you rather Savannah's Cottage with its wrought iron queen size bed?. Both of these cottages come with a beautiful deep corner spa bath to soak and relax, luxurious double shower, gas log fire and fully appointed kitchen. Our two bedroom Lola's cottage is great for a family or two couples. With its gorgeous country charm, it has a fireplace in the open county kitchen. A big verandah for having a bbq or a few drinks. Jessica's Cottage is our beautiful three bedroom 120 year old heritage cottage. Jessica's cottage has a wood fire, hydronic heating, two bathrooms and two living areas. all bedrooms have period style queen size beds. Jessica's cottage also has immaculate outdoor areas ranging from the bbq area for alfresco dining to our stunning terraced garden for afternoon drinks. Checkout is STRICTLY 11:00am.

Warburton is a quaint little town nestled in the valley following the Yarra river. Wether you want to relax and soak up the serenity or go on a bike ride on the famous Yarra trail there is something for everyone. We have many local wineries, cafes and restaurants to choose from on your stay. In winter we are only 20 minutes from the snow.
