Situated next to Darling Harbour, Chinatown and Barangaroo. The apartment is located on the northern side of the building with a dual aspect enjoying excellent cross ventilation. It has a light and airy feel, two balconies and a simple clean low maintenance design. The apartment has a tiled open plan living area and is located within walking distance to the CBD, Chinatown and the exciting and new Entertainment and Convention Centre precinct. Close to restaurants, cinemas, bars and clubs.
