This one-bedroom, tastefully designed and furnished apartment has all that you need for a get-away home from home. There is a king-sized bedroom with hanging robe. It has a fully equipped kitchen; fully appointed bathroom with walk in shower; dining setting and flat screen, wall mounted televisions in both the sitting room and the bedroom. There is a superb hotel on site, with restaurants and bar, so, if you prefer to stay on the estate, there's plenty to occupy you. The Clubhouse has a wonderful view over one of the two magnificent golf courses and the outside terrace is a perfect place to sit in the evening over a glass of wine. The apartment itself is on the ground floor with parking right outside the front door and a heated swimming pool and large putting green outside the terrace overlooked from the apartment. (Putters and golf balls are provided for your use). Tea and coffee are provided for your use and, when you check in, you'll find a complimentary bottle of Australian wine to welcome you.
This apartment is on the Moonah Links golf estate on the stunning Mornington Peninsula south of Melbourne. We have two wonderful world class golf courses (The Open and The Legends) and there are many award winning other courses in the area. We are also very close to the popular Peninsula Hot Springs, horse riding, famous beaches (including ones for surfing) and there are sea trips available to watch the dolphins. We are surrounded by beautiful walking tracks, local arts and crafts and, of course, the region is famous for its vineyards, at whose cellar doors you can enjoy glorious varieties of wines and in their restaurants where you can eat gourmet meals.
