Luxurious brand new 1 bedroom studio accommodation in the perfect Margaret River location. Take a walk to the river, visit the local cafes, restaurants & wineries or explore the beautiful beaches and forests of Australia's South West. Luxury king size bed, quality linens & towels. Huge bathroom with large shower & laundry facilities including washing machine, iron, ironing board & washing powder. Kitchen includes pod coffee machine, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwich press, electric frying pan & dishwasher. Please note there is no stove due to local shire regulations. The studio is attached to our main house but there are no shared spaces or shared internal doors, you will have complete privacy. There is strictly no smoking in or around this property.
We are located 200m from the banks of the Margaret River. Rails to Trails walking tracks & world class mountain biking trails are a 15 minute walk or 5 minute ride away. We are centred amongst the Margaret River wine region with wineries in every direction. Centre of town is a 20 minute walk, Including pubs, cafes, shops & bus stop. Surfers Point is a 10 minute drive. We are a 25 minute drive from the majestic Boranup forest. Our region is best explored with your own vehicle. Bicycles are popular & are a great option to get to town or enjoy the many local trails. There are bitumised pathways all the way to the beach. Ride or walk the Rails to Trails north to Cowaramup or south to Witchcliffe. We have many tour operators near by so you can taste the local wines without having to drive.
