This self contained Townhouse has been beautifully renovated to reflect the expectations of the modern visitor whilst maintaining the historical integrity of the building, originally constructed in 1856. It boasts beautiful spaces with unique character, from its Georgian red brick facade and internal period features still intact, offset by a designer interior. Visitors will enjoy the nuances of Heritage style with gorgeous furnishings which have been sourced from Tasmania and beyond.

Located right in the heart of the city. Literally cross the road to start your shopping experience at the iconic SALAMANCA MARKET, Picnic on the grass in the idyllic St Davids park also across the road. Stroll down Salamanca Place to the myriad of vibrant shops, cafes, restaurants and bars just a stones throw away. Jump on the Mona ferry for an exiting journey up the Derwent to MONA. All tourist bus stops are nearby also. PARKING: Private car parking is available for one car only. The car space is behind the Royal Tennis club, a few doors down. Please enquire with the host to see if the space is available for specific dates and book the space at the time of booking the townhouse.
