**As The Host - Harris Holiday Rentals Payment Schedule Overrides the Booking dot com Payment Schedule** PAYMENT TERMS: In order to secure a booking, 50% of the total booking value is to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your stay. If a booking is not paid in full. 14 days prior to Check-In the booking will not be held. If your booking is made within 14 days of your Check In date, then the total is due upon confirmation. All payments are processed securely via credit card transaction using Stripe online payment gateway. Once the guest credit card payment details are received, payments will be automatically charged as per the afore-mentioned timing. SECURITY BOND: In addition to the booking total, a credit card authorization hold will be held against the guest's credit card as a security bond. The bond hold will be implemented 1 day before Check In and automatically released after 7 days, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. If a booking is longer than 7 days duration, the authorisation hold will be released after the checkout date, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. The amount of the bond is between six hundred dollars and eight hundred dollars depending on the booked property. If we are unable to process an authorisation hold on the guest credit card, we cannot give out the keys on check in. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. Guest cancellations between 14-30 days before booking commencement will be refunded 50% of the total booking minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. If a guest cancels within 14 days, there is no refund. If the guest decides to leave early after check-in. the nights not spent are not refunded.

The entrance features a vaulted ceiling with two bedrooms downstairs and a large games/rumpus room with an 8 x 4 billiard table and widescreen TV with Netflix and DVD player for your enjoyment and relaxation. Finishing off the ground floor level is a bathroom with bath and large shower alcove, separate vanity area and separate toilet and a large laundry for your use. Entering the upstairs level you are greeted with picture window views of the stunning beach and ocean coastline sweeping to Encounter Bay. The very large living and dining area has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, large gas hotplate, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine and other kitchen appliances. There is a high chair in the walk in robe. There is a wide screen TV with Netflix, DVD player and free Wi-fi access including a WiFi/Bluetooth sound system. Just off the kitchen there is a large external all weather alfresco area with see through views to the ocean. The alfresco includes a 6 burner barbecue and dining table. The large rear balcony has a comfortable external lounge for relaxing and enjoying the ocean and beach views. The large main bedroom has an ensuite, walk-in robe and TV. All 4 bedrooms feature sea views. For your comfort there is reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the home The exterior has landscaped gardens with large lawn areas at the rear for your enjoyment and the double garage is available for your use.
