Canal waterfront townhome in Elanora. Resort townhome sleeps 8, offers 4 bedrooms - including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 rooms with high quality bunk beds, with a lounge room that has a long chase leather lounge, 70-inch flat screen tv, a dining room with a 6-seater dining table, kitchen with 2 bar stools, movie room with comfortable leather lounges and a 70inch flat screen tv, 2 brand new bathrooms, and a downstairs toilet. The townhouse is spread over two levels. Upstairs: master king bed with ensuite, balcony overlooking the water, two bedrooms with bunk beds and an additional bathroom. Downstairs: queen bedroom overlooking the water, downstairs toilet, lounge room (with AC), dining room and movie room. All rooms have ceiling fans. Dining table for 6, plus 2 bar stools and a comfortable loungeroom with smart TV and Wi-Fi. There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a laundry with washing machine, dryer and toilet. Step out to the absolute waterfront back porch equipped with comfortable furnishings to sit back and enjoy the serene water views. Unit 164 is opposite the resorts front heated pool, heated spa & tennis court. The pool has comfortable chaise lounge chairs. There are two commercial BBQs with picnic table seating available for use also located at the pool area. There is also a second heated pool, heated spa and tennis court at the rear of the resort.
This is family holiday heaven. Walk along the sand and have a dip in the canal. Tennis court right at the front door for a hit of tennis or cook breaky or dinner on the BBQs! Right at the front door have a day and night swim and spa in the heated pool and spa (perfect for any weather). Movie night in the movie room! All this without even leaving the resort. Walk literally out of the resort and you are at The Pines shopping centre with shops (Kmart), groceries (Woolies, Coles, Aldi), 2 bottle shops, bakery, butcher, cafes, and food hub (Subway, McDonalds, KFC, Kebabs, Sushi Train, Pizza Hut etc). Walk or bring your bikes to cruise to Currumbin Alley 1.5km for a beach swim or Currumbin Creek (Boatshed) 1.7km for a stand-up paddle board hire. Come and have some amazing family time and make some lifelong holiday memories.
The townhouse is located within a secure gated complex, with front of house parking for one vehicle, and the resort has many additional visitor car parks. Isle of Palms is a short distance 1.5km to the beautiful Palm Beach and Currumbin Beach and some of the best surf clubs on the Gold Coast. 1.7km is Currumbin Creek where you can hire a stand-up paddle board and cruise along the creek with your family. There is also public transport and The Pines shopping centre, with Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, Sushi Train, McDonalds, Subway, KFC, Pizza Hut, Kebabs, Butcher, BWS, Cafes and over 50 specialty stores, only 100 metres from your unit. Isle of Palms is only 6km from the Gold Coast Airport.
