top floor (2nd floor) modern/contemporary apartment in the affluent suburb of Glenelg South.
For a couple looking for a relaxing escape or for the working professionals….…….an ocean view facing balcony where you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and watch the beautiful sunset! It is located very close to the heart of Glenelg.
Enjoy walking to either end of the Esplanade with amazing sea views! And at times you may spot dolphins on your morning walk.
Glenelg South is one of the affluent suburbs in Adelaide. It is a quiet residential area yet very close to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and retailers strip on Jetty Road, Glenelg.
Just around the corner of South Esplanade and The Broadway - is the Broadway Kiosk which is approximately a 2 minute walk. If you keep walking along the The Broadway you will find the Organik Store and Cafe, The Broadway Hotel, Seafaring Fools, Mediterranean Restaurant , Le Paris Plage and more.
The apartment is about 900 metres away from the closest supermarket Foodland within a small shopping centre where you can also find a post office, a bakery, laundromat, chemist and a few cafes.
Westfield Marion Shopping Centre is about 8 minutes by car and approximately 15 minutes to Adelaide airport by car.
