My name is Matthias Hohl and I am the owner of MH Living GmbH and your contact person for your stay. I put a lot of thought into the renovation and furnishing of each apartment in order to offer my guests a wonderful stay.

This 72m² apartment, completely renovated and renovated in 2020, is on the 1st floor of a 7-storey building from 1976 and has 2 separate bedrooms, an open living and dining room and a newly renovated toilet and bathroom. With great attention to detail and my experiences and feedback from my other apartments, a small feel-good apartment was created that leaves nothing to be desired. Full-surface infrared underfloor heating for winter and inverter air conditioning for summer also enable a perfect room climate at any time of the day or night. A special highlight is the Schlossbergblick with an almost 360-degree view from the roof terrace on the 8th floor of the house over the whole of Graz. Parking is available in the inner courtyard of the house, which is blocked by a barrier.

In the immediate vicinity of the center, this apartment can be reached very quickly from anywhere in Graz, offers parking in the inner courtyard and is nevertheless an absolutely quiet location, although it is in the middle of the city. Many sights and the Graz main square are only a 5-minute walk away. The next tram and bus stop, with all conceivable connections in and around Graz, as well as the Graz main train station can be reached within 5 minutes, Graz Airport within 15 minutes.
