Our hotel is located in the student residence Dr. Karl Grünner Haus of the OÖ Heimbauverein and is centrally located in the heart of Linz.
We are located in the centre of Linz, a 10-minute walk from the main square and an 8-minute walk from the Danube River and the Lentos Art Museum.
Vending machines for drinks and snacks and a community kitchen are available.
Check-in at the reception is always possible from 4 - 7 pm.
Arrival after 7 pm is possible upon request and advance payment.
