The flat your are booking is located in the adjacent building of an grand old listed mansion named "Markhof" with large gardens. The flat has recently been renovated and furnished with loving care. We are looking forward hosting you as our guest in this unique and lovely setting directly beside the University of Graz. Our living motto is" Creating win win situations for everybody". We like things to be perfect for our guests and expect respectful treatment of our apartment….. Enjoy!

Property information

This completely newly refurbished flat is located in a 1848 listed building, part of an old estate with a large park + mansion in the middle of the city. The flat has been tastefully furnished and instantly makes you feel at home. The flat is directly opposite of the entrance to the ReSoWi Building (justice, economics and social sciences faculties) of the Karl Franzen’s University. Its ideally located for students, their families and friends on short visits or visiting professors. Your will find a large comfortable 180cm x 200cm bed plus a cozy child bed in the bedroom and an extendable sofa bed in the living room. The whole flat has has pretty fabrics, warm room colors with impressive tapestry and a very cozy seating corner in the kitchen area. The fully equipped newly fitted kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay and in the new bathroom you will find the washing drying machine combination. Up 3 steps from the living room and you will find a cool small WC. The whole flat is furnished with style and is also practical -ideal for couples, families with younger and older children and if requested also a cot for babies.

Neighbourhood information

University Hotspot - the Zinzendorfgasse: In just 5 minutes walking distance you will find a lot of pubs and bars catering towards students, vegetarian restaurants and nice little shops. The AirB&B flat is located in the same house as a small bakery/ coffee shop. Public transport (Busroute 31) is only two walking minutes away. The University of Art and Music, the city park (Stadtpark) and the recreational area Hilmteich/Leechwald are only 10 minutes, the largest hospital (Landeskrankenhaus), the technological University and the beautiful historic city center of Graz are only 15 walking minutes away.
