The Skyview Residence is a charming apartment in a central location. Access to the residence is via a coded key box, which is located in the inner courtyard in our covered carport. The private carport is of course at your disposal for your entire stay. The code for the key box, as well as all other information, will be sent to you via Booking after you have made a reservation. We naturally provide bed linen and towels in sufficient quantities. The transport links to the beautiful old town are ideal. The streetcar stop is right next to our residence. The quiet cycle path is also just a stone's throw away, which leads next to the river into the old town or into the green Styrian countryside. We also offer our own e-scooters for getting around and getting to know Graz from a different perspective. The apartment combines modern furnishings and a high level of comfort. The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances, all of which are new. A powerful central air conditioning system offers cooling even in the hot summer months and ensures a pleasant climate. A stylish bathroom and a comfortable bedroom complete the pleasant ambience. We make every effort to make this residence the perfect home for a short city trip, for travelers passing through or, of course, for longer stays.

We, the Lorenz/Muhr family, together with our little offspring, do our best to make your stay in our apartment an all-round perfect experience. We always try to be available for our guests so that we can answer all questions as quickly as possible. We are constantly trying to develop ourselves further, not only to maintain our high standards, but also to live up to our claim and become even better. We are therefore very grateful for feedback from our guests and use this feedback to make improvements. We have already been able to integrate some suggestions in a short space of time. The warm atmosphere in the apartment, as well as our appreciative treatment, should give our guests the feeling of being at home. Our impeccable host rating confirms that we are there for our guests, even if we are not usually visible. You are worth it to us!

The surrounding area offers numerous advantages: - Tram stop is located directly opposite the apartment - Climbing hall, squash hall, shooting hall and fitness studios in the immediate vicinity - Two bakeries for fresh pastries or a relaxed breakfast are located in the neighborhood - Pizzeria across the street with free delivery service to the front door - The nearby river promenade not only offers space to relax and soak up the sun, but also the opportunity to engage in sporting activities or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. A raft and boat rental service rounds off the wide range of leisure activities on offer in the area.
