We are the Warraich family and we have 5 apartments - the apartment Jasmin, the apartment Lilia and the country house apartments Warraich with apartment Lavender, apartment Arnika and apartment Edelweiss). In addition, I, Bashir, run a restaurant with my wife Saima - the Pizzeria-Restaurant AL Bashir KG opposite the Spar (1 floor below the apartment Jasmin). We offer Pakistani/Indian/Italian cuisine. My hobbies are skiing, biking, tobogganing, walking and hiking.

The comfortable country house apartments Warraich have 3 apartments, which were all newly furnished in the fall of 2022. All apartments offer you 1 bedroom with a double bed and a closet, 1 kitchen-living room with a pull-out couch where up to 2 people can sit, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom (apartment Lavender has 1 bathroom including toilet), a terrace or a balcony depending on the location in the building. There is 1 car parking space available per apartment. In case of more than one car please ask in advance! In winter, the 4-mountain ski area is also there for you, where you can make unlimited turns in the snow, while in summer you get from us the Sommercard, so that your wanderlust comes at your full expense. Our lovingly built country house apartments Warraich are located in the heart of Schladming. In only 5 minutes on foot you reach the Planai mountain railroad, which lets you float up to 1,800 m and brings you with the 4-mountain ski swing to the following ski mountains: Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm. Our unique location is framed by the fact that you can walk to the city center, the Congress Center and the Schladming Adventure Center (indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, gym and in winter instead of the outdoor swimming area the ice skating rink) . The train station is a 20-minute walk from Landhaus-Appartements Warraich. The nearest bus stops are at the Rathausplatz and at the Planai, which you can also reach in a short time on foot. Our apartments are not only a means to an end, but a place where you can feel at home for a short time. Even though our apartments do not have catering, you will not lack culinary delights.
