Our cosy chalets are just about 200 metres from the skilift in a beautiful, sunny spot in the cosy village of Flattnitz. The chalets are built in the traditional style with lots of wood, as is common in the Carinthia. The 70 m² of living space extend over the ground floor and the 1st floor. The inside is very atmospheric, also because of the wooden floors in the chalet. All luxuries and amenities have been taken into account, so you have a modern equipped kitchen,free Wi-Fi, satellite TV in the living room, cosy fire place and with a private sauna to relax.

We, Pia and Christian, want you to feel comfortable with us. We would like to offer our chalets to our guests in the same way that we would go on vacation ourselves. The chalets should be clean, lovingly designed and you should be able to relax in the beautiful surroundings. We are sure that we can offer you this in our houses. If you enjoyed your stay with us, we are happy and satisfied! We love mountains and love to go hiking, go on ski tours, snowshoe hikes and of course skiing and cross-country skiing are also our favorite sports. In addition Christian loves soccer and Pia dancing :)

The resort town of Flattnitz located in Carinthia is a fresh-air health resort both in summer and winter. Flattnitz is a small-scale, idyllic, family-friendly winter sports resort with 2 ski tows, 1 chairlift and 1 childrens lift. In addition to 11 km of slopes, there is also the beautiful 15 km Sonnenloipe cross-country track that runs through the valley (1400 metres high) and is suitable for all levels. When there is little natural snowfall, the Flattnitz snow cannons guarantee plenty of snow for skiing. In addition to both downhill and cross-country skiing, you can also go tobogganing here and, of course, relax in the restaurants close to the slope!
