Located in an elegant residential area in Vienna's 19th district, Living Hotel Kaiser Franz Joseph offers an elegant lobby bar and a spa area with a sauna and fitness room. Free WiFi is available. All rooms at Living Hotel Kaiser Franz Joseph come with bathrooms and satellite TV. Some rooms also include a fully equipped kitchen, a large seating area, and a balcony or terrace. Guests can enjoy a cocktail in our newly renovated Kaiserbar in the lobby late into the evening. Buffet breakfast is available. The Living Hotel Kaiser Franz Joseph is situated in the elegant residential district of Döbling in the city's northwest.
