The once imperial summer residence town of Baden bei Wien (Baden near Vienna) offers its residents excellent infrastructure and a variety of cultural and sporting attractions. The house is situated in a quiet pedestrian zone, Schlossergässchen, between the Doblhoffpark and Baden’s city center. The location impresses with short distances to various sights, restaurants, cafes and public transport. Vienna, the nation’s capital, can be reached quickly and easily (in about 30 minutes) either by car via the highway “Süd Autobahn (A2)” or by public transport (Südbahn railway line at the Baden train station as well as with the Badner Bahn tram-train and bus line 360 to the Vienna State Opera). The nearby highway connection provides easy access to the Vienna International Airport and Neusidlersee (40 minutes each), as well as cities further away (Salzburg: 2.5 hours, Bratislava: 1 hour).
