Our “golden flat” is the newest of the “GrazRentals” apartments. All windows have a view of the garden of the 170-year-old, listed villa “Markhof”. A spacious, quiet terrace invites you to relax. The apartment is on the first floor, with its own entrance, which is directly opposite the ReSoWi building of the Karl-Franzens University in Graz. The staircase is used exclusively by the guests of this apartment. With a newly renovated bathroom, a new fully equipped kitchen and many tasteful accessories, this apartment is particularly elegant - shiny golden. In both bedrooms there is a double bed in top hotel quality (180x200 cm) and in the master bedroom another two people could sleep on a comfortable sofa bed (160x200 cm). A cot for small children and a high chair are available upon request. The many well thought-out details will make the “golden flat” your home in Graz. Washing machine-dryer combination, iron, vacuum cleaner, wardrobe, two smart televisions, hairdryer, free high-speed internet - everything is available. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, filter and capsule coffee machine and much more. The kitchen table is extendable to accommodate up to 6 people. We don't have keys, just code locks with easy-to-remember codes. More information is available a few days before check-in. You can access the apartment any time from 3:00 p.m. on your arrival day – please check out by 10:00 a.m. on your departure day. The apartment also includes a secure parking space in the courtyard. Public transport is only a 1-2 minute walk from us. We are looking forward for your reservation!

Zinzendorfgasse, the area's hotspot with student bars and nice shops, is a 3-minute walk away. There is a bakery with a small coffee house in our own house. The nearest public transport can be reached on foot in two minutes. The art university, the music college, the city park or the Hilmteich/Leechwald recreation area can be reached in 10 minutes, the state hospital, the technical university and Graz city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
