The cottage is surrounded by a spacious and beautifully maintained garden, with views of the surrounding mountains and forests. The highlight of the house is the private sauna, as well as the terrace, which thanks to numerous deck chairs invites you to sunbathe. The 180m² house can accommodate a total of 10 people and is divided into a living and dining area, five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The central point of the house is the open and bright living and dining area with large window front, comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and dining table, which invites you to get together. In the open and fully equipped kitchen you will find all necessary kitchen utensils for cozy cooking evenings with friends or family. Right next to the kitchen is the access to the second terrace, where you can eat outside, thanks to the large table. Each of the five bedrooms is separate and equipped with a double bed, so there is enough privacy for all guests. Another highlight of the house are the spacious and stylish bathrooms, including bathtub and open shower. ATTENTION: A deposit of 1000EURO must be paid by credit card before arrival!

Flattach, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park Region, is a popular vacation region both in summer and winter. In winter, an exploration tour of the Mölltal Glacier with skis or snowboards is recommended. At over 3,000 m above sea level, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains of the Hohe Tauern. The ski area is also ideal for winter hikes and snowshoe tours. In summer, especially the Raggaschlucht, one of the most beautiful natural gorges in the Alps, is a popular destination for all ages. In addition, the Mölltal whitewater arena offers an exciting attraction for sports enthusiasts and action lovers. Of course, the region also offers numerous hiking trails of all levels of difficulty, from leisurely hikes near the valley, to mountain tours up to the glacier. The house is located in a quiet side street opposite the starting point of the Raggaschlucht. In the village there are some shopping facilities and restaurants as well as a bakery and a swimming pool. In the neighboring village of Obervellach you will also find larger supermarkets such as Billa and Spar.
