Situated in quiet surroundings, each Falkner apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, balcony with mountain and garden views and cable TV. Spa facilities include a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a sun bed and a Kneipp basin. There are also various showers, a small gym and a relaxation room. Various restaurants and shops can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Ski equipment can be stored in a separate room and private parking is available free of charge. During the warmer months you can relax on the terrace. The free ski bus stops just 50 metres away. There you can also find a ski school and a ski rental store. A cross-country skiing track is 200 metres away. A tennis court is 400 metres and bathring lake is 5 km away.
